--defaultDoc (-c) is still required (if used during build) when running --deploy (-d)


During build, if parameter --defaultDoc (-c) is used because default document (index.php) does not exists within WebRole root directory, then it is also required when using --deploy (-d) which is performing a deployment of a current packaged service.
This is a bug because deployment of a package should have already resolved what is the default document --defaultDoc (-c) and this parameter should not be necessary.
